We are complex and everchanging beings. What once worked to solve something, may no longer seem to work. It may no longer work for this moment, this day, or this season and learning to navigate these waves may feel overwhelming.

Nicole from Reverent Rapture is no stranger to this. The vast array of experiences that she has experienced thus far has forged a passion for perpetual learning. Constantly experimenting with new practices and modalities within the fields of wellness and spirituality. Learning them and refining them with the intention to be of the highest service to others.
